We found Myriam and Bruno by chance, just starting up their own agency. The click was instantly, attentive, professional, very helpful. Big advantage, the couple is not only seasoned in their profession but truly multilingual (i.e. broad minded). We tried to work out a short running lease to buy transaction on a hard to sell yet lovely country villa with a big plot near Ontinyent, which was rejected by the owner. Shortly after we scored a rustic off grid object (free standing cottage/finca/pool/sea view) area Villalonga that met our requirements and budget. We would’ve liked to reward Myriam and Bruno, but it wasn’t in their portfolio...
