Hello Myriam and Bruno,
Since six years, Mark looked every night at homes for sale in Spain. During this time we also went to our favourite area 3 times a year. However, we never went to visit a house during our stays.
In March 2020, when we saw a house that we really liked in terms of location and price, we contacted Dream’n Blue Properties, Myriam and Bruno and we went to view it.
Back home, we made an offer, negotiated a bit and thanks to the intervention of the agents, we came to an agreement with the owner and were guided by Myriam and Bruno in all the steps.
It quickly turned out that they deserved our trust:
• They put us in touch with a great lawyer who arranged everything, get us the NIE number, open a bank account and prepare the sale with the notary office.
• All the practical questions we asked were clarified by Myriam and Bruno.
Everything went well, as expected!
There were also no superfluous questions for Myriam and Bruno, always available by phone, email or WhatsApp… each time we received a correct and complete answer.
A big advantage is that they speak several languages and could help us in our mother tongue and accompany us everywhere in Spanish.
If you come to view properties with them, you might be able to rent their beautiful beach villa, it looks like it came out of a decorating catalogue.
We met lifelong friends.
